Good to know

Prices are per chalet and overnight stay from a minimum of 7 days excluding local tax.
For shorter stays, a surcharge will be applied. Enquire now!

PRICES BREAKFAST

Breakfast buffet Adults (from 10 years of age) € 14.00
Breakfast buffet children (4-10 years) 7,00 €
The breakfast basket is put together on an individual basis and varies depending on the contents.

Children's prices & Additional people:

0-3 years old: Young children under the age of 3, stay here for free. In addition to this we will provide you with any baby equipment including a cot, child seats and children's cutlery.
Kids between 3-14 years pay €16,00 per night
Over the age of 14 / each additional person: € 22.00 per night

Local tax:

Since the 1st January 2014, the local tax has been introduced in South Tyrol. This amount of € 1.80 per guest (from the age of 14) and per night, is to be paid on the day of departure.

We ask for a deposit in the amount of € 200.00. You can gladly transfer this to the following account:

Final cleaning:

There are no charges for final cleaning.

Pets

In order to avoid rivalry between ours and your pets, we do not allow pets.

Arrival & Departure:

Please note, that arrival is only possible on Saturday. On this day you are welcome to move into your chalet from 2pm. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your apartment by 9.30am.

Our Cancellation Conditions:

Something can always go amiss, we know that. That's why, we're trying to accommodate you as best as we can. Nevertheless, we ask for understanding, if we withhold the following cancellation fees:

up to 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fees.
1 month to 7 days before arrival: 50 % of the reservation price
7 days before arrival: 100 % of the reservation price

For no-shows, late arrivals or early departures, the entire cost of your reservation will be charged.

Holiday Cancellation Insurance

We recommend that you take out the “red rooster cancellation protection” by the Europäische Reiseversicherung when you make your booking at the Ganovhof. This enables you to cancel your reservation at any time free of charge and make your holiday even more flexible.
